1. A transition metal compound represented by Chemical Formula 1:

in Chemical Formula 1,
M is a Group 4 transition metal,
X1 and X2 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently halogen,
R1 and R2 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently C1-20 alkyl, C2-20 alkenyl, C2-20 alkoxyalkyl, C6-20 aryl, C7-40 alkylaryl, or C7-40 arylalkyl,
R3 to R6 are the same as or different from each other, and are each independently C1-20 alkyl,
R7 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6-20 aryl, and
R8 is C1-20 alkyl.
