1. A fusion protein comprising an IL-15Rα sushi domain and an IL-15 which are joined by a flexible peptidic linker of 19 to 27 amino acids, wherein the IL-15Rα sushi domain comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:30 and the IL-15 comprises the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:48, wherein the IL-15Rα sushi domain is in the N-terminal position relative to the IL-15.
