1. A boron hydroxyl-containing organic compound having a structural formula shown in formula I:

wherein Ar1 in formula I is an aromatic cyclic hydrocarbon of an aromatic amine, a carbazole or a derivative thereof with a strong electron donating ability, X in formula I is an oxygen or a sulfur atom, and a dotted line custom character represents a hydrogen bond formed between X and a hydrogen atom in a hydroxyl.
