1. A vehicle configured to transfer power with a power facility, the vehicle comprising:
a control unit configured to control a charging power for charging from the power facility to the vehicle and a discharging power for discharging from the vehicle to the power facility;
a human machine interface device to be operated by a user; and
a power storage device,
wherein the control unit is configured to control the charging power to correspond to a charging power setting value set by the user, and
wherein the control unit is configured to implement a temperature increase control to raise a temperature of the power storage device when the temperature of the power storage device is low.
