8. A power control system for a utility vehicle having driven wheels and one or more sensors configured to collect operational data indicative of a characteristic associated with the utility vehicle, the power control system comprising:
electric drive motors to drive the driven wheels;
a battery configured to power the electric drive motors, wherein the electric drive motors are configured to recharge the battery via regenerative braking, wherein the battery has a maximum charge capacity and a regenerative capacity, wherein the regenerative capacity is a portion of the maximum charge capacity reserved for regenerative braking;
memory configured to store historical operational data of the characteristic; and
a processor configured to:
receive the operational data from the one or more sensors;
determine a rolling average of the characteristic based on the historical operational data;
generate a command signal to adjust the regenerative capacity of the battery based on a comparison of the operational data and the rolling average; and
update the historical operational data based on the operational data.
