1. A decorative sheet comprising:
a base paper;
a thermoplastic resin layer provided over a surface side of the base paper, the thermoplastic resin layer consisting of polypropylene (PP) having a melting temperature of 140° C. or higher or polyethylene terephthalate (PET) having a melting temperature of 140° C. or higher;
an ink layer provided over the thermoplastic resin layer and the base paper, the ink layer including a water-based ink and a xylene diamine-based curing agent as a curing agent, wherein an amount of the xylene diamine-based curing agent in the ink layer is 3 parts by mass or more and 10 parts by mass or less based on 100 parts by mass of the water-based ink; and
a surface protective layer provided over the ink layer, the thermoplastic resin layer, and the base paper such that the base paper, the thermoplastic resin layer, the ink layer, and the surface protective layer are formed in this order, wherein the surface protective layer contains a thermosetting resin as a water-based resin and the xylene diamine-based curing agent.
