1. A vaccine composition, wherein, the vaccine composition comprises the vaccine adjuvant, and an antigen or DNA encoding the antigen; wherein the vaccine adjuvant comprises metal aluminum nanoparticles, wherein the average particle size of the metal aluminum nanoparticles is 10-1000 nm, and wherein the metal aluminum nanoparticles are composed of a metal aluminum core with zero valent aluminum (Al0) and amorphous alumina layer with a thickness of 3-5 nm on the surface.
