1. A chemical compound or a salt thereof having a formula (I):

wherein, at least one of R2, R4, R5, or R6, is a halogen atom, and at least one of R2, R4, R5, or R6 is an aldehyde or a ketone group, wherein each of R2, R5, or R6, which is not a halogen atom, or an aldehyde or ketone group, is a hydrogen atom, wherein R7 is a hydrogen atom, wherein when R4 is not a halogen atom, or an aldehyde or ketone group, R4 is a hydrogen atom, an O-alkyl group, an O-acyl group, or a phosphate group, and wherein R3a and R3b are each independently a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group, a cycloalkyl group, an acyl group, or an aryl group, and R3c is a hydrogen atom or a carboxyl group.
