1. A transperineal biopsy guide configured for use with a tubular structure and a transrectal probe, the tubular structure sized to receive a biopsy instrument therethrough, the transrectal probe including a longitudinal axis and configured to provide imaging in a sagittal plane of the transrectal probe, the transperineal biopsy guide comprising:
a mount attachable to the transrectal probe; and
a member above the mount and height adjustable relative to the mount, the member including an opening that receives the tubular structure when the tubular structure is attached to the transperineal biopsy guide.
