1. A N N C O tetradentate platinum (II) complex, having a structure as shown in the following formula:

wherein:
R1 to R14 are independently selected from hydrogen, fluorine, a saturated alkyl group containing 1 to 10 carbon atoms, an aryl group containing 6 to 20 carbon atoms and unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1 to C4 alkyl groups,
R15 are independently selected from an aryl group containing 6 to 20 carbon atoms and unsubstituted or substituted by one or more C1 to C4 alkyl groups.
