1. A display device comprising:
a base substrate;
an active layer disposed on the base substrate;
a first conductive layer disposed on the active layer, wherein the first conductive layer comprises a plurality of wires;
a second conductive layer disposed on the active layer, wherein the second conductive layer comprises a first pattern covering each of the plurality of wires and a second pattern spaced apart from the first pattern; and
a third conductive layer disposed on the second conductive layer, wherein at least a portion of the third conductive layer electrically contacts the second pattern,
wherein the second pattern further comprises a first pad electrode, and the third conductive layer further comprises a second pad electrode disposed on the first pad electrode and electrically contacting the first pad electrode.
