1. A display apparatus comprising:
a substrate; and
a thin-film transistor comprising a semiconductor layer disposed on the substrate and comprising a gate electrode that overlaps the semiconductor layer,
wherein the semiconductor layer comprises:
a polysilicon layer having a first surface and an uneven surface that overlaps the first surface; and
an organic layer disposed on the uneven surface and comprising an organic semiconductor material.
