1. A display panel comprising:
a base layer comprising a display area and a non-display area adjacent to the display area;
a plurality of light-emitting elements disposed in the display area;
a hydrophobic layer disposed in the non-display area and spaced apart from the light-emitting elements;
an insulating layer disposed on the light-emitting elements and comprising an upper surface and an inclined surface inclined with respect to the upper surface; and
a plurality of patterns contacting with the hydrophobic layer, wherein the plurality of patterns is spaced apart from the inclined surface,
wherein an end of the hydrophobic layer contacts the inclined surface of the insulating layer.
