1. A method comprising:
generating a first signal, wherein the first signal is transmitted using a resource element;
receiving an incoming message,
determining if the incoming message is critical; and
transmitting the first signal if the incoming message is not critical; and
transmitting a second signal using the resource element if the incoming message is critical; and
successfully decoding a signaling field of the incoming message.
