1. A parameter determining method, wherein the method comprises:
determining by a terminal device, based on parameter information of a specified resource, spatial relation information and a power control parameter used in transmitting a PUCCH (physical uplink control channel) on a target PUCCH resource;
the determining by the terminal device, based on the parameter information of the specified resource, the spatial relation information and the power control parameter used in transmitting the PUCCH on the target PUCCH resource comprises:
determining, by the terminal device, spatial relation information of a PUCCH resource group to which the target PUCCH resource belongs based on first target information of the specified resource; and using, by the terminal device, the spatial relation information of the PUCCH resource group to which the target PUCCH resource belongs as target spatial relation information used in transmitting the PUCCH on the target PUCCH resource;
determining, by the terminal device, power control parameter of the PUCCH resource group to which the target PUCCH resource belongs based on second target information of the specified resource; and using, by the terminal device, the power control parameter of the PUCCH resource group to which the target PUCCH resource belongs as a target power control parameter used in transmitting the PUCCH on the target PUCCH resource,
wherein the specified resource comprises one of the
following: a most recent transmission;
a specified resource of a transmission reception point (TRP) corresponding to a most recent transmission; and
a specified resource that corresponds to a control resource set group corresponding to the most recent transmission;
wherein
the specified resource is a control resource set having a specified index value in the control resource set of the TRP corresponding to the most recent transmission;
or, wherein
the specified resource is a control resource set having a specified index value in the control resource set group corresponding to the most recent transmission.
