1. A method comprising:
initiating a burst capture of multiple chromatically undersampled image frames via a Color Filter Array (CFA) comprising a plurality of subunits, each subunit including a minority of one or more wavelength-filtered adjacent pixels and a majority of remaining panchromatic pixels;
and
generating a full-color image based on the multiple chromatically undersampled image frames, the generating comprising computationally combining chromatically undersampled information from the multiple chromatically undersampled image frames.
