1. An image decoding method performed by a decoding apparatus, the method comprising:
obtaining prediction related information for a current block;
obtaining residual information for the current block;
deriving a prediction sample of the current block based on the prediction related information;
deriving a residual sample of the current block based on the residual information; and
generating a reconstructed picture based on the prediction sample and the residual sample,
wherein obtaining the residual information includes:
obtaining a Transform Skip Residual Coding (TSRC) disabled flag indicating whether a TSRC syntax is used for the current block; and
obtaining the residual information from one of a residual coding syntax or the TSRC syntax based on the TSRC disabled flag,
wherein the TSRC disabled flag is obtained from a slice header in a bitstream based on a dependent quantization enabled flag for whether dependent quantization is enabled,
wherein the dependent quantization enabled flag having a value of 1 represents that the dependent quantization is enabled, and the dependent quantization enabled flag having a value of 0 represents that the dependent quantization is not enabled,
wherein the TSRC disabled flag is obtained from the slice header in the bitstream based on the dependent quantization enabled flag having the value of 0, and
wherein the TSRC disabled flag is not obtained from the slice header in the bitstream based on the dependent quantization enabled flag having the value of 1.
