1. A computing device, comprising:
a video capture device;
a display device to display a user interface of a video conference session between the computing device and a plurality of participant devices, the user interface configured to depict representations of users of each of the plurality of participant devices;
at least one memory; and
at least one processor coupled with the at least one memory and configured to cause the computing device to:
receive video content captured by the video capture device that depicts a facial region of a user of the computing device;
determine, based on the video content, that a gaze location of the user corresponds to a location of a representation of a particular user of a participant device within the user interface; and
communicate a prompt that includes a visual cue to the participant device of the particular user, the visual cue to be displayed by the participant device on or in proximity to the representation of the particular user.
