1. A method comprising:
receiving, by a first wireless access node and from a remote server, first information that instructs the first wireless access node to use a first network address to establish local communications between the first wireless access node and a first device within a first wireless network, wherein the remote server manages a first list of network addresses used by the first wireless access node to locally identify devices within the first wireless network, and wherein the first network address is assigned by the remote server to the first wireless network;
receiving, by the first wireless access node and from the remote server, second information that instructs the first wireless access node to use a second network address, different from the first network address, to establish local communications between the first wireless access node and a second device within a second wireless network, wherein the remote server manages a second list of network addresses used by the first wireless access node to locally identify devices within the second wireless network, and wherein the second network address is assigned by the remote server to the second wireless network;
using, by the first wireless access node, the first network address to identify the first device to other devices within the first wireless network; and
using, by the first wireless access node, the second network address to identify the second device to other devices within the second wireless network.
