1. A method comprising:
transmitting, by a base station (BS) to a user equipment (UE), a higher layer signaling including a plurality of reporting settings that include a plurality of lists of slot offset values for channel state information (CSI) reporting;
transmitting, by the BS to the UE, downlink control information (DCI) scheduling a physical uplink shared channel (PUSCH) with at least one CSI report, wherein the DCI includes a binary index value for time domain resource assignment of the PUSCH; and
receiving, by the BS from the UE, the scheduled PUSCH with the at least one CSI report, based on a maximum slot offset from among (m+1)th entries in the plurality of lists of slot offset values, where m is the binary index value.
