1. A power-on reset circuit structured to supply a reset pulse to a sequential circuit to be initialized, the power-on reset circuit comprising:
a latch circuit including a first inversion circuit and a second inversion circuit that invert and amplify a signal input thereto, wherein the first inversion circuit has an output node connected to an input node of the second inversion circuit, and the second inversion circuit has an output node connected to an input node of the first inversion circuit; and
a decision circuit structured to receive a first signal from the output node of the first inversion circuit and a second signal from the output node of the second inversion circuit, and to generate the reset pulse according to the first signal and the second signal.
