1. An amplification device, comprising:
an amplification unit comprising an input terminal configured to receive a radio-frequency signal, an output terminal configured to output an amplified radio-frequency signal, and a detected terminal configured to output a detected signal related to the radio-frequency signal;
a log power detector configured to generate a power indication signal according to the detected signal, the log power detector comprising an input terminal coupled to the detected terminal of the amplification unit, and an output terminal configured to output the power indication signal; and
an impedance unit configured to provide an impedance, the impedance unit comprising an input terminal coupled to the detected terminal of the amplification unit and an output terminal coupled to the input terminal of the log power detector;
wherein the log power detector has a cascade structure; and
the impedance of the impedance unit is 5 to 7 times an impedance of the amplification unit.
