1. A wireless battery management system, comprising:
a master configured to wirelessly transmit a main command packet at a reference time interval; and
a plurality of slaves provided to monitor a state of a plurality of battery modules, respectively, each slave including a corresponding watchdog timer and being configured to wirelessly transmit a corresponding response packet including a corresponding ID when receiving the main command packet,
wherein the master is further configured to:
scan for the response packet from each of the plurality of slaves during a threshold time following the master's transmission of the main command packet; and
classify:
each slave from which the corresponding ID included in the corresponding response packet is received within the threshold time, among the plurality of slaves, as a first group, and
each slave not classified as the first group, among the plurality of slaves, as a second group, and
wherein each of the plurality of slaves is further configured to:
initialize a time count of the corresponding watchdog timer when receiving the main command packet; and
be reset by the corresponding watchdog timer when the time count of the corresponding watchdog timer reaches a timeout that is equal to or less than the reference time interval.
