1. A positive electrode comprising a composite comprising:
a plurality of sulfur-carbon composite particles having a surface; and
a net-shaped electrically conductive polymer coating layer on the surface of the sulfur-carbon composite particles,
wherein the net-shaped electrically conductive polymer coating layer is not formed on an entire surface of the sulfur-carbon composite particles, and wherein a part of the surface of the sulfur carbon composite is exposed,
wherein the net-shaped electrically conductive polymer coating layer comprises nanofibers,
wherein a diameter of the nanofibers is from 10 nm to 1 μm,
wherein a content of the electrically conductive polymer is 0.1% by weight to 10% by weight based on a total weight of the sulfur-carbon composite, and
wherein the electrically conductive polymer comprises polyaniline.
