1. A method of optimizing a user's daily routine, comprising:
generating an optimal plan for a user's activities based on prioritized activity categories;
displaying the optimal plan on a clock-based user interface, wherein the clock-based user interface is a circular representation of 24 hours with at least one number representing a time of day,
receiving one or more user modifications to the optimal plan, wherein the one or more user modifications comprise dragging a user interface element along the edge of the clock-based user interface to a first zone or a second zone;
generating a first feedback when the user interface element is dragged to the first zone;
generating a second feedback when the user interface element is dragged to the second zone; and
dynamically adjusting lower priority activities in response to user modifications of higher priority activities.
