a substrate;
a plurality of light emitting element on the substrate;
an insulating layer on the plurality of light emitting element;
a cathode electrode disposed on the insulating layer and connected to one electrode each of the plurality of light emitting element;
a black matrix on the insulating layer; and
a power line between the insulating layer and the black matrix.
