1. A method for image generation, comprising:
in response to a triggering operation for image effect processing, performing effect processing on an image to obtain an effect image;
in response to a style type of the effect image being the same as a used style type of an effect image generated last time, wherein determining at least one to-be-selected style type based on a predetermined style probability distribution comprises:
determining a relative distance between at least one to-be-used style type and the used style type; wherein the relative distance is determined based on probability information in the predetermined style probability distribution; and
determining the at least one to-be-selected style type based on at least one relative distance and a plurality of screening levels under a predetermined screening type, wherein the predetermined screening type comprises at least one of a first screening type or a second screening type, value ranges for a plurality of screening levels under the first screening type are determined from a first predetermined value and a first screening step, value ranges for a plurality of screening levels under the second screening type are determined from a second predetermined value and a second screening step, the first predetermined value is greater than the second predetermined value, and the first screening step is greater than the second screening step;
determining a target style type based on the at least one to-be-selected style type; and
upon detecting a triggering operation for the image effect processing, processing the image into an effect image matching the target style type.
