1. A transaction apparatus comprising:
a display;
computer readable media storing instructions that, when executed by at least one processor, cause the transaction apparatus to:
initiate, when a transaction is attempted, a second-factor authentication process;
generate a first code; and
display the first code on the display to be captured by a second-factor authentication device;
send, via an app installed in a wireless computing device, information regarding the transaction apparatus and a transaction to the wireless computing device for transmission to a server, and
receive, from the server, via the app and the wireless computing device, a second code; and
display the second code for approving the transaction.
