1. A vehicle management system for providing navigational directions to a vehicle, the vehicle management system comprising:
at least one processor configured to:
receive, from a global positioning system, location data indicative of a current location of the vehicle;
direct the vehicle to a desired destination using a first driving route;
receive, at a first time, data indicating that a new route for the vehicle is requested;
determine a first location of the vehicle at the first time;
determine a time period to wait after the first time at which to determine a second location of the vehicle if the new route is taken, wherein the time period is based on an estimated driver reaction time to implement the new route and a path of the new route, wherein the estimate driver reaction time is based on past driving performance of a driver of the vehicle or past driving performance of a plurality of drivers;
a determine the second location of the vehicle after the time period has passed;
determine, based on the second location of the vehicle and the new route, a second driving route; and
redirecting the vehicle to the second driving route.
