1. A method for processing seismic data by a seismic data system, comprising:
acquiring a plurality of first traces each corresponding to a respective first trace location;
expressing the first traces as first vertices in a first graph in which first edges connect the first vertices, wherein the first edges indicate positioning of the first vertices;
generating a system of equations from the first graph, wherein each of the first edges represents an equation to solve and each of the first vertices represents a parameter to solve;
solving the system of equations to identify a position of a horizon surface on the first vertices of the first graph; and
performing a subsurface operation based on the horizon surface.
