1. A portable test apparatus comprising:
a chamber defining at least one compartment; wherein the chamber is elevated above a ground surface;
an electrical circuit extending through each of the at least one compartment;
one or more test device controllable to create, within each of the at least one compartment; operating conditions of a selected adverse operating event; and
at least one sensor for each of the at least one compartment to measure a parameter indicative of a response of the electrical circuit to the selected adverse operating event.
