an elongated adjustment shaft that has a height substantially equal to the height of the fulcrum shaft and is disposed adjacently to and parallel to the fulcrum shaft; and
a plurality of body fixing portions, each of the plurality of body fixing portions being formed of a housing-side fixing portion that fixedly supports the fulcrum shaft and is fixable to a housing-side, a door-side fixing portion that fixedly supports the adjustment shaft and is fixable to a door side, and a link portion that allows the fulcrum shaft and the adjustment shaft to pass therethrough and connects the housing-side fixing portion and the door-side fixing portion to each other, wherein
at least two of the plurality of body fixing portions include a link adjustment portion that fixes the link portion to an arbitrary angle with respect to the door-side fixing portion,
the link adjustment portion comprises a base plate and adjustment members that are respectively disposed such that the adjustment members are configured to advance or retract in a direction toward the door on left and right sides of the adjustment shaft, and the base plate is attached to the door-side fixing portion, and the adjustment members penetrate the base plate and contact the link portion, and
the link adjustment portion is configured such that each distal end portion of the adjustment members is brought into contact with a front surface of the link portion in response to an advancing and retracting operation of the adjustment members.
