1. A concrete forming tool for finishing a concrete slab, the concrete forming tool comprising:
a float;
a concrete holder positioned on the float for holding wet concrete, the concrete holder being pivotally connected to the float and moveable relative to the float to a raised position in which at least some of the wet concrete is discharged from the concrete holder; and
an actuator for moving the concrete holder relative to the float to the raised position for discharging wet concrete from the concrete holder onto the concrete slab as it is being finished with the forming tool.
