a first end comprised of a first housing, the first housing comprised of a first opening, a first cap, and a first bead positioned in the first housing;
a first pom streamer positioned on a first outer surface of the first housing;
a handle;
a light;
a speaker;
a battery;
a button;
a motion sensor;
a second end comprised of a second housing, the second housing comprised of a second opening, a second cap, and a second bead positioned in the second housing; and
a second pom streamer positioned on a second outer surface of the second housing.
