A polypeptide having peroxidase activity and comprising an amino acid sequence having at least 95% sequence identity to SEQ ID NO: 3, wherein said amino acid sequence comprises at least one amino acid exchange compared to SEQ ID NO: 1, wherein said at least one amino acid exchange is selected from the group consisting of P146Q, P146A, P146R, P146V, and P146E.
