1. A light-emitting device comprising:
an organic material layer, the organic material layer comprising an organic compound represented by formula (G1),

wherein each of Ar1 to Ar4 independently represents any of a substituted or unsubstituted phenylene group, a substituted or unsubstituted biphenyldiyl group, and a substituted or unsubstituted terphenyldiyl group,
wherein each of R1 to R4 independently represents an open-chain saturated hydrocarbon group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms or a substituted or unsubstituted cyclic saturated hydrocarbon group having 5 to 12 carbon atoms,
wherein each of m, n, p and s independently represent an integer of 0 to 3, and
wherein at least two or more of m, n, p and s independently represent an integer of 1 to 3.
