1. A single layer fluororesin film comprising a fluororesin,
the single layer fluororesin film having on at least one surface thereof a ten-point average roughness of 0.100 to 1.200 μm and an arithmetic average roughness of 0.010 to 0.050 μm, and the single layer fluororesin film having a breakdown strength of 400 V/μm or higher,
wherein the fluororesin contains two polymers each containing a polymerized unit based on vinylidene fluoride and having different proportions of a polymerized unit based on vinylidene fluoride, of the two polymers a polymer having a smaller proportion of a polymerized unit based on vinylidene fluoride is present in an amount of 0.1 to 10% by mass relative to the whole fluororesin.
