the step of allowing the melt to flow into the mold is performed in an air atmosphere, and
in the step of allowing the melt to flow into the mold, and while a heterogeneous layer is allowed to form on a liquid surface of the melt flowing into the inflow portion and the mold is moved relative to the partition member to increase the capacity of the inflow portion, the melt flows between a bottom portion of the inflow portion and the heterogeneous layer.
