1. A powder supply method comprising supplying a first powder from a top end of a tube; flowing the first powder down within the tube and discharging the first powder from a bottom end of the tube to a container, and
supplying a second powder to the container,
wherein M [kg/s] is a flow rate of the supplying the first powder, AS [m2] is a cross-sectional area of a cross section perpendicular to an axis of the tube at the bottom end of the tube, the following expression is satisfied:
4≤(M/AS)≤135, and
a passage rate of the second powder is at least 93%.
