1. A system for providing negative-pressure therapy and instillation therapy, the system comprising:
a cartridge having a first chamber, a second chamber, and a reservoir of instillation fluid disposed in the second chamber;
a diaphragm disposed in the cartridge between the first chamber and the second chamber, the diaphragm operable to move between a charge position and a discharge position in response to a level of negative pressure in the second chamber;
a pressure sensing port fluidly coupled to the second chamber; and
a controller coupled to the pressure sensing port and configured to determine the level of negative pressure in the second chamber.
