1. A cervical mesh cage device comprising
a cylindrical body having a proximal end and a distal end,
an endplate fixed to the cylindrical body at the proximal end, wherein the endplate comprises fastener apertures, and
a lateral stabilizer, wherein the lateral stabilizer comprises teeth on an exterior surface of the lateral stabilizer.
