1. An insert for a tibial prosthesis for a knee arthroplasty comprising:
a body having an aperture defined thereby, the aperture configured to receive a head of a fastener that retains the insert to a tibial baseplate of the tibial prosthesis;
a first foot connected to the body and extending distal therefrom, the first foot having a first side surface configured for engaging a first micro-motion limiting feature of the tibial baseplate; and
a second foot connected to the body and extending distal therefrom, the second foot spaced from the first foot and having a second side surface configured for engaging a second micro-motion limiting feature of the tibial baseplate.
