1. A teeth cleaning apparatus, the apparatus comprising:
an arched mouth portion configured to conform to a user's dental arch;
a movable brush including a bristle substrate having two or more planes, each plane having a plurality of bristles, and being disposed within the arched mouth portion, the movable brush configured to move to a first position to clean a first tooth of the user, and move to a second position to clean a second tooth of the user; and
a transmission track located within the arched mouth portion, wherein the transmission track facilitates a back-and-forth motion of the movable brush.
