1. A force sensor, comprising an elastic body and at least one strain gauge,
wherein the at least one strain gauge comprises:
a substrate defining a length direction and a width direction that are substantially perpendicular to each other;
at least one longitudinal sensitive grid disposed on the substrate and extending in the length direction of the substrate;
at least one lateral sensitive grid disposed on the substrate and extending in the width direction of the substrate; and
a grounding interface, shared by at least one of the at least one longitudinal sensitive grid and at least one of the at least one lateral sensitive grid,
wherein the at least one strain gauge is disposed on the elastic body,
wherein a plurality of hollow grooves are formed on the elastic body, each hollow groove extending along a circumferential direction of the elastic body, wherein the plurality of hollow grooves are located on different circumferences along an axial direction of the elastic body and are circumferentially arranged in a staggered manner, and one strain gauge is disposed between opposite ends of each hollow groove.
