1. A cardiac retractor, comprising:
an outer tube that extends along a longitudinal axis from a proximal end to a distal end;
a fixed top panel fixedly coupled to the distal end of the outer tube;
a keyed top panel rotatably coupled to the distal end of the outer tube such that the keyed top panel rotates relative to the fixed top panel between an undeployed position and a deployed position;
a first side panel pivotably coupled to the keyed top panel;
a second side panel pivotably coupled to the first side panel;
a first bottom panel pivotably coupled to the second side panel;
a second bottom panel pivotably coupled to the first bottom panel;
a third side panel pivotably coupled to the second bottom panel; and
a fourth side panel pivotably coupled to the fixed top panel and to the third side panel.
