1. A breast-supporting garment, comprising:
a main body, comprising a plurality of supports configured to support breasts of a wearer; and
at least two back bands, wherein said at least two back bands comprise:
a first back band having a first length, at a first vertical level just below, or at least partially just below, said breasts, configured to tighten or expand said breast-supporting garment, and wherein said first band comprises hardware configured to continuously adjust said first length of said first band;
a second back band having a second length, at a second vertical level, higher than said first vertical level, configured to tighten or expand said breast-supporting garment, and wherein said second back band comprises hardware configured to continuously adjust the second length of said second back band;
wherein said first back band is attached and vertically fixed to said main body by a first attachment at a first vertical position, said first attachment comprising stitching passing into said first back band and into, and/or an adhesive applied to said main body wherein said first vertical position is different from a second vertical position at which said second back band is attached to said main body by a second attachment, and wherein both the first back band and the second back band are fixed in a first horizontal orientation and a second horizontal orientation by said first attachment and said second attachment, respectively, in which both the first length and the second length are parallel, or substantially parallel, to a length of said main body; and
wherein an upper edge of said first back band and a lower edge of said second back band abut each other.
