a first substrate including a polymer resin;
a transistor overlapping the first substrate; and
a second substrate arranged between the first substrate and the transistor and including at least one of tin fluorophosphate glass, tungsten-doped tin fluorophosphate glass, boron phosphate glass, chalcogenide glass, tellurite glass, borate glass, and phosphate glass.
