1. A method of transmitting a signal by a first user equipment (UE) in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
determining, by the first UE, at least one of transmission parameters, a channel state information reference signal (CSI-RS) transmission configuration, or a demodulation reference signal (DMRS) configuration; and
transmitting, by the first UE, the signal to a second UE based on the at least one of the transmission parameters, the CSI-RS transmission configuration, or the DMRS configuration,
wherein based on establishment of a unicast connection with the second UE, the first UE determines a first value corresponding to one of a relative speed/acceleration, a relative distance/distance change, or a relative position/position change with the second UE based on information included in a message from the second UE and sensor information, and
wherein the first UE changes the at least one of the transmission parameters, the CSI-RS transmission configuration, or the DMRS configuration based on a change of the first value,
wherein the CSI-RS transmission configuration includes at least one of a CSI-RS transmission period or a CSI-RS transmission pattern,
wherein the DMRS configuration includes at least one of a number DMRSs per slot or a DMRS pattern, and
wherein the transmission parameters include at least one of transmission power, a transmission resource size, or a number of retransmissions.
