1. A method of virtualizing speakers, comprising:
detecting a location and a size of a display device based on one or more camera images that capture the display device in a physical environment;
assigning locations of one or more virtual speakers relative to the location of the display device and based on the size of the display device;
determining a position of a head of a user; and
generating spatialized audio signals based on the position of the head and the locations of the one or more virtual speakers, to drive speakers of a headphone set.
