1. A method for transporting video data, comprising:
determining a respective frame size output for each of a plurality of image sensors coupled to a plurality of physical data paths in a sensor data processing apparatus, wherein at least one of the image sensors is a USD image sensor;
dynamically determining a number of the physical data paths that are coupled to the plurality of image sensors;
computing a first frame transmission rate that allows transmission of full resolution images from the UHD image sensor without compression over the plurality of physical data paths based on the respective frame size output by each of the image sensors and based on the number of physical data paths coupled to the image sensors; and
throttling a data transport rate on the plurality of physical data paths from the image sensors to the first frame transmission rate, wherein the throttling comprises
transporting image data from the UHD image sensor to a first designated space of a display memory on every frame cycle of the physical data paths, wherein the first designated space is designated for receiving only image data in the critical region; and
transporting image data from the plurality of image sensors to a second designated space of the display memory on alternating frame cycles of the physical data paths, wherein the second designated space is different from the first designated memory space.
